At the request of resident Theresa Perry, the American Legion Post 24 placed a pole with American flag at the entrance of the Concord Apartments, Franklin Street, Rumford, on May 6. Pictured above holding the flag are Perry, Senior Vice Commander Kirk Thurston and Commander Bobby Richardson.
