TURNER -Leavitt Area High School and Tripp Middle School of Turner are sponsoring a Golf Scramble on Friday, June 15 at Turner Highlands. Proceeds will benefit the Soracco family of Turner, recently burned out of their home.

It will be a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Entry fee is $60 that includes a barbecue lunch. There will be door prizes and contests for both adults and children.

A check or money order for $60 can be sent to Tripp Middle School, 65 Matthew’s Way, Turner, Me. 04282, attention Nancy Donnell-Soracco Benefit. Include your name, address and phone number. RSVP no later than June 1.
