The Central Maine Detachment, Marine Corps League, has received a certificate of commendation from 3D Battalion, 2D Marines, 2D Marine Division for its support during the past year while the Marines were deployed to Iraq. Lt. Col. Todd S. Desgrosseiliers, left, made the presentation to Commandant Raymond Lemieux for recognizing the stresses that the families of Marines experience when their loved ones are away from home in harm’s way.
