AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College is offering a project management class (CCS 021-01) from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays, June 6 and 13.

The two-day workshop will teach technical and non-technical professionals how to plan, organize and complete projects on time and on budget. Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools, including problem-solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling, Gantt charting and contingency planning.

The program will be facilitated by Jim Milliken, who holds a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute and has more than 15 years of training experience in the areas of project management, supervision, teambuilding and communication.

The cost of the two-day program is $260.
