TURNER – Gary and Shirley Gagnon of Turner are very pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Elaine Gagnon, to Kevin Michael Saupp, son of Michael Saupp of Burke, Va., and the late Suzanne Saupp.

Miss Gagnon graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 1998. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and is employed by the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Saupp received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and his master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is employed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C.

Both are residents of Arlington, Va. The wedding will be in 2009.
