PARIS – The Child Health Center has announced the annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake for Big Brothers Big Sisters was a huge success.
It was the largest Bowl For Kids’ Sake event since the inception of the program in 1990. Local business sponsorship money totaled more than $12,000 and local bowlers raised more than $8,500 in funds.
The top two adult team fundraisers was the Maine Veterans Home and Maine Machine The top youth team was the Oxford Hills Key Club. The top three youth individuals fundraisers were Kemsen Searles, Arnie Weeks and Alexis Usher. The top fundraisers for individual adult bowlers were Bill McAllister, Todd Truman and Elaine Martel
The proceeds will be used to support the more than 100 matches in the site-based and community-based programs in Oxford County.
