PHILLIPS – Police are investigating damage to more than five mailboxes Friday, Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Sandy Burke said. Vandalism to the boxes was reported on Toothaker Pond Road, Route 4, and No. 6 Road, all in Phillips, and River Road in Avon among other places.
