HAVERHILL, N.H. (AP) – A former Plymouth State University student has been indicted in the death of a student in April.

Benjamin Grew, 19, of Yarmouth, Mass., was indicted on a second-degree assault charge. He’s charged with throwing a punch that killed Jared Barrows, 23, of Marshfield, Mass.

Barrows was to have graduated last month. His parents were given his diploma and the school held a memorial service before graduation.
