JAY – The Jay Police department will conduct an ATV safety course on July 14 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at basement level of the Jay Community Building. There is no charge to the public for the course. Anyone wishing to take the course may call the Jay Police department between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to sign up or for more information.
