LEWISTON – Bob and Anita Blanchette of Lewiston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Blanchette to Michael Maloney, both of Londonderry, N.H. He is the son of Richard and Mary Ellen Maloney of Lowell, Mass.

The future bride is a graduate of St. Dominic High School and Rivier College in Nashua, N.H. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master of education degree in emotional and behavioral disorders. She is a kindergarten teacher in Londonderry.

The future bridegroom is a graduate of Lowell High School and a graduate of New Hampshire Technical College. He is a supervisor at ECRM in Tewksbury, Mass.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 29 at “Promises to Keep” in Derry, N.H.
