AUBURN – Announcement is made of the engagement of Erin Dion Paradis and Matthew Scott Harmon, both of Auburn.

The future bride is the daughter of Douglas and Claudette Agren of Auburn and Dan and Brenda Paradis of Bowdoin. She received a degree in anthropology from the University of Maine.

The future bridegroom is the son of Scott and Louise Harmon of Otis. He received a degree in history from the University of Maine.

The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. on Aug. 25 at the Harraseeket Inn in Freeport.
