OXFORD – Twenty-eight students from Oxford Hills Technical School received dual enrollment credits with Central Maine Community College (CMCC).
Students from the Early Childhood Education Program will receive three college credits in “Curriculum and Environment for Young Children.” Graphic arts students will receive two college credits in “Screen Printing,” and the automatic technology students will receive a total of nine college credits in “Brakes, Suspension & Alignment,” as well as “Engine Repair.” A total of over 135 college credits were awarded. Students will also receive transcripts from the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and CMCC.
Walter Ridlon, Tech Prep Coordinator at CMCC, has been the driving force in developing dual enrollment agreements and articulation agreements with many of our tech school programs.
Students will receive credits and transcripts from both the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and from CMCC.
