NORWAY – The Norway Business Association has announced, due to scheduling conflicts with some participants, the Pop Goes the Fourth events planned for this Saturday have been postponed until July 21. All events, including the parade, children’s activity center, auction and street dance, will take place on July 21, with most events being held in the Beal’s Tavern parking lot.
