LEWISTON – Fred L. McKay has been promoted to a vice president in the technology risk management department at TD Banknorth in Falmouth. As an IT compliance manager, he will continue to manage a team that is responsible for IT compliance programs that assess, monitor and report on the IT control environment.

McKay joined TD Banknorth in 1989 and has 22 years of banking experience. Previously he has served as a project manager, branch automation manager and business continuity analyst.

A Lewiston resident, McKay is a Farmington native who graduated from Mt. Blue High School in 1983.
