Criminal Mischief
A vehicle parked at Hillview Apartments was keyed sometime during the afternoon on July 13.
A building window at the Multi-Purpose Center at 145 Birch St. was broken out overnight July 13-14.
Children in the area of 7 Chenault Ave. have been causing damage to porch lights and have been placing items in the exhausts of parked cars during the overnight hours.
The front windshield of a car parked at 84 College St. was smashed out between 8 p.m. on July 14 and 9 a.m. on July 15.
Motor Vehicle Burglaries
An unlocked vehicle parked at 105 Randall Road was burglarized overnight July 12-13. An MP3 player and headphones were stolen; an attempt was made to remove the stereo from the dash.
Two vehicles parked in the driveway of 10 Rachel Blvd. had property taken from inside of them overnight July 13-14.
A vehicle parked at 13 School St. was burglarized overnight July 13-14.
A vehicle parked at 8 School St. was burglarized overnight July 13-14, an attempt was made to remove the stereo from the dash.
A vehicle parked at 11 School St. was burglarized overnight July 13-14.
A vehicle parked a 7 Church St. was burglarized overnight July 13-14.
Burglaries
An apartment at 207 Oak St. was burglarized between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on July 13. The only property taken was prescription medication.
An apartment at 94 Howe St was burglarized between July 13-15, prescription meds were taken.
An apartment at 85 Strawberry Ave. was burglarized on July 15 between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Entry was gained through an unlocked window, a laptop and DVDs were stolen.
Operating Under the Influence Arrest
James Purcell, 39, was charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended on July 14 at 1:19 a.m. at 301 Main St. The vehicle was stopped for having an expired registration.
Thomas Boehk, 40, was charged with operating under the influence on July 14 at 1:13 a.m. at 426 Lisbon St. The vehicle was stopped for driving with no headlights on.
Matthew White, 25, was charged with operating under the influence on July 14 at 11:32 p.m. at Marston and Lisbon streets following a routine traffic stop.
Disorderly Conduct Arrests
Shannon Mcgraw, 24, Seamona Tripp, 22, Theresa Bennett, 22, and Mary Ortiz, 43, were all charged with disorderly conduct on July 14 at 2:05 a.m. at 220 Blake St. Officers responded to the address for a report of disorderly disturbance. Upon arrival, they found the source of the noise and gave all parties a lawful disorderly warning. As officers started to leave, the females exited the apartment and began yelling at each other; they were all subsequently arrested.
