PARSONSFIELD (AP) – A 38-year-old man lost his life in an ATV accident near his home in this town in western York County.
Carl Burton was riding the all-terrain vehicle at a high rate of speed Sunday night along the Kezar Mountain Road when it went out of control and struck a large rock and several trees, state police said.
Burton, who was not wearing a helmet, was dead at the scene, Trooper Jamie Fenderson said.
