This is what passes for classic sports now, huh? This is the equivalent of Turner Classic Movies showing “The Terror of Tiny Town.” Just an absolute disgrace.

Beyond 756: An ESPN Town Meeting

If this is anything like the town meetings I usually go to, there will be bad coffee in the lobby, the same three people will ask all the questions, somebody’s infant will be crying anytime there’s any meaningful discussion, and an old guy in the front row will shout “Move the question!” every 30 seconds.

Maybe it’s just my East Coast bias, but I’ve yet to see any evidence that the intensity that this “rivalry” is even in the same galaxy as Red Sox/Yankees.
