Congressman Mike Michaud, right, presents a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol building to Turner Memorial Post 111, American Legion, Chaplain Paul Bernard, left, and Commander Warren Clark. The flag was flown in honor of the reformation of Post 111, which had been dormant since World War II. The flag will be used by Post 111 at a planned Turner Veterans Memorial Park.
