This is in response to the story (July 31) “No jail time for child porn,” which was about Regis Lepage and his suspended eight-year prison sentence on charges of possession of child pornography.

What was Androscoggin Superior Court Justice Donald Marden thinking? I have done more time in jail on my four Lewiston Police Department arrests (which the district attorney dropped) than an admitted child pornographer.

Is this the best Justice Marden could do?
