RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned on Sept. 4 in Rumford District Court:

• Joseph T. Weston, 35, Rumford, domestic assault, obstruction of the report of a crime or injury, and criminal restraint, 3:50 p.m. July 29 on Spring Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Kris Laprell, 36, Dixfield, operating under the influence, 1:45 a.m. July 29 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 2 in Rumford District Court.

• Shaunna Paquette, 23, Biddeford, domestic assault, 12:25 a.m. July 28 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Mysty M. Hartzell, 19, Rumford, domestic assault, 7:10 p.m. July 27 on Spruce Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.
