Auburn

• Cars driven by Maurice L. Hebert, 78, of Turner, and Jacqueline C. Young, 23, of Gardiner, collided, 5:05 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street. Damage to Hebert’s 2000 Hyundai was estimated at $5,500 and it was towed; to Young’s 1994 Plymouth, $3,500.

• Vehicles driven by William A. Whaley, 54, of Buckfield, and Cacy Lee Cantwell, 33, of Poland, collided, 8:25 a.m. Wednesday on Merrow Road. Damage to Whaley’s 1998 Dodge van was estimated at $2,200; to the 1999 Dodge pickup truck driven by Cantwell and owned by Damon Straw of Auburn, $2,500.
