LEWISTON – Organizers of the 15th annual Great Falls Balloon Festival anticipate traffic congestion near and over the Longley Bridge tonight as one lane is closed to vehicles to allow for pedestrian traffic.

Traffic delays are also anticipated around 11 a.m. Saturday in the downtown areas of Lewiston and Auburn. The parade starts on Spring Street in Auburn, continues to Court Street, crosses the Longley Bridge, turns right on Lincoln Street in Lewiston, proceeds to Cross Street and down Oxford Street.
