AUGUSTA – Republicans in Maine House District 93 will caucus to choose a nominee to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of state Rep. Randy Hotham, R-Dixfield.

The special meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at the Dixfield Fire Station.

Registered Republicans in Carthage, Canton, Dixfield, Mexico and Peru are eligible to participate in the caucus.

Several individuals from the district have expressed an interest in seeking the nomination.
