AUBURN – The L-A Senior Hockey League will conduct registration at the Pond House near Ingersoll Arena on Monday, August 27, and Monday, Sept. 10, from 5-8 p.m. The sign-up session is for returning players and new ones.

The sign-up sessions are for both the Competitive and Recreational Divisions. Age limit is 18 and over, 18 prior to October 1.

There are special rules. The Competitive Division allows a full slap shot and no checking.

The Recreational Division does not allow slap shots and checking is not allowed.

The league entry fee should be around $340 per player, based on an 11-player roster plus a goalie. Fee will be determined at a later date.

All new players will be placed on a draft list and a player draft will be held.

The Recreational Division will start on Friday, Oct. 12, with games played mostly on Friday nights starting at 7:30 p.m.

The Competitive Division will begin on Sunday, Oct. 7, with contests beginning at 6:15. Most of the games will be played on Sundays.
