GARDINER – Members of Maine-ly Harmony a cappella women’s chorus, based in Gardiner, will host “ABC’s of Harmony,” a day of classes, workshops and singing, on Saturday, Sept. 15, at Gardiner Regional Middle School.

Top instructors from around the northeast will be on hand to lead the five classes, which will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Some of the offerings will be “Music Reader 101 and 102”; “Every Breath You Take…”; “How to Make Your Nerves Work for You”; “Flirting with Your Audience”; “Basics of Presentation”; and “Vocal Production.”

The cost is $35 and breakfast and lunch are included.

The a capella group’s singers carpool to Gardiner Regional Middle School for rehearsals on Wednesday evenings from the Bangor, Waterville, Auburn and Jefferson areas.
