NEW SHARON – Police are looking for anyone who might have seen a 1968 gray Ford Falcon on a trailer being towed by a truck on Wednesday.

The vintage car was reported stolen between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. from a residence on Intervale Road, located off Cape Cod Hill Road, Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Heidi Gould said Thursday.

The car had four flat tires, so it had to be either towed on a trailer or on a flatbed truck, she said, adding that it appears it was probably towed by a trailer behind a truck.

The owner said that other than the flat tires, the car was in good condition, Gould said.

“I’m hoping someone saw it,” she said.

She asks anyone who may have seen it to call the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at 778-2680.
