Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked at 120 Hogan Road had a windshield smashed out overnight Sept. 2-3.

A rock was thrown through the business window of Edward’s restaurant overnight Sept. 2-3.

A vehicle traveling past Hannaford had a window smashed out by a thrown rock on Aug. 31 at 11:30 p.m.

A vehicle parked outside of 134 Bartlett St. had a rock thrown onto it causing dents and scratches, occurred overnight Sept. 2-3.

A vehicle parked on the Park Street side of the police station had a tire slashed overnight Aug. 30-31.

A granite bench at Payne-Simard Memorial Park was tagged with graffiti on Sept. 3 at 8 p.m., the suspect was a white male with no shirt on, riding a bike.

A vehicle parked outside of 18 Locust St. was tagged with “ICP” and “LAC” between noon on Sept. 2 and 10 a.m. on Sept. 3.

Numerous tags were painted on the Chestnut Street parking garage between Sept. 1-3, “Plato,” “LMNOP,” “Veto” were some of the tags.

An apartment window at 116 Oxford St. was broken sometime between Sept. 2-5.

An apartment window at 46 Knox St. was shot out by a BB overnight Sept. 4-5.

The building at 25 Adams Ave. was tagged with graffiti overnight Sept. 3-4.

A vehicle parked outside of 81 Lincoln St. was tagged with graffiti overnight Sept. 3-4.

An apartment at 128 Blake St. was damaged prior to 6 p.m. on Sept. 4.

A window at Portland Biologicals was broken out overnight Sept. 4-5.

Burglaries

An exterior shed at 1 Davis St. had a door kicked in between Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. and Sept. 2 at 3 p.m. No property was taken.

An apartment at 32 Horton St. was broken into prior to 3 p.m. on Sept. 2, with no signs of forced entry; two packs of cigarettes and two cans of beer were stolen.

An apartment building at 12 Pleasant View Acres was burglarized between 3 p.m. on Aug. 31 and 3 p.m. on Sept. 3. Entry was gained through a window. An Xbox 360 and several games were stolen.

An apartment at 82 Howard St. was burglarized between 8 p.m. on Sept. 1 and 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 2. Suspect broke a window and unlocked a deadbolt, nothing was taken.

An apartment at 116 Sabattus St. was burglarized overnight Aug. 29-30.

Theft

An Element skateboard was stolen from the outside of 56 Spring St. on Sept. 2 prior to 3 p.m. The suspect was described at a tall, white male wearing a black Dunkin’ Donuts visor and a gray/white striped shirt.

Two plates were stolen from a vehicle parked at 64 Oxford St. overnight Sept. 4-5. The plates were ME REG – 4421NY.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Dinah Ducharme, 42, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 2 at 12:40 a.m. at 62 Park St. following a routine traffic stop.

Andrew Pitter, 30, was charged with operating under the influence and violating conditions of Release on Sept. 2 at 1:53 a.m. at Lisbon and Rosedale streets following a routine traffic stop.

Michelle Ridley, 23, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 3 at 1:03 a.m. at Lisbon Street and South Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Dina St. Pierre, 37, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 5 at 3:11 a.m. at 500 Main St. following a routine traffic stop.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

Danielle Hirsh, 22, was charged with operating while license suspended on Sept. 2 at 12:51 a.m. at 607 Sabattus St. following a routine traffic stop.

Drug Trafficking Arrest

Alison Rae Hutchinson, 18, was charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and attaching false plates on Sept. 5 at 2:55 a.m. at 131 Holland St. A search of the vehicle revealed 9G of packaged crack cocaine.
