• Somchay Phousenghong, 51, Livermore Falls, operating a vehicle without a license, attaching false plates, Aug. 15, bailed from police station.

• Paul R. Caron Jr., 20, Livermore Falls, two counts theft by unauthorized taking, violating condition of release, Aug. 16, transferred to Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn.

• James R. Newcomb, 41, Canton, operating under the influence, Aug. 17, bailed from police station.

• Peter C. Boothby, 55, Wayne, failure to stop for police officer, operating after license suspended, driving under the influence, violation of conditional release, driving to endanger, Aug. 18, transferred to Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn.

• Joshua H. Rinaldi, 26, Livermore Falls, assault, Aug. 19, bailed from police station.

• Fred Discher, 39, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release, stalking, Aug. 21, transferred to Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn.

• James P. Barbioni, 23, Dixfield, aggravated forgery, violating condition of release, failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 23, transferred to Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn.
