Norm Lamie, member of the Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Breakfast Club, congratulates Barbara Stevens for winning the $1,000 first prize in the Rotary’s 15th annual Rubber Duck Race, which took place during the Great Falls Balloon Festival in August.
