Health seminar

School sale
EAST OTISFIELD – The Otisfield Community School sixth-grade yard sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, and 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Otisfield Community Hall, Route 121. All proceeds will benefit the Otisfield sixth-grade trip to Boston.
There will be clothes, furniture, toys, games and housewares. Donations can be dropped off at the Community Hall from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Sept. 20 and 21.
Supper canceled
PARIS – The bean supper at First Congregational Church in South Paris scheduled for Friday. Sept. 21, has been canceled due to a conflict. Another supper will be scheduled in October. For more information, contact the church at 743-2437.
Sunday services
NORWAY – Services at the First Universalist Church, 479 Main St., will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 23. The church is served by the Rev. Richard Beal. His sermon will reflect on the Day of Atonement (or At-one-ment).
The church choir rehearses at 9:30 a.m. Sundays and those who wish are invited to sing with the choir. Child care will be provided for the 11 a.m. service.
Church service
PARIS – All are invited to attend and be renewed as God’s people at Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, Paris, at 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, followed by coffee, refreshments and fellowship.
