AUBURN – Central Maine Community College Corporate and Community Services will offer “Call Center Success” (CED 017-01) from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays. Sept. 28 through Oct. 12. The cost of $125 includes a workbook.

Participants will master the skills needed to face the challenges of a call center customer service representative. Participants will learn how to keep a positive attitude, even in the most trying situations, and create a self-improvement plan for better customer service.

The class will be facilitated by Marylin Newell, an executive coach, seminar leader and registered counselor and the founder of Life Matters in Mechanic Falls. She started as an adjunct faculty member in 1988 with what is now Central Maine Community College and with the former Mid-State College. She was the academic dean and campus director at Mid-State College. She has served as president at Andover College in Portland and McIntosh College in Dover, N.H.
