Maria Bellegarde, 6, of Lewiston has her blood pressure taken by Don Wormell, a paramedic for United Ambulance, during Kid’s Day America at Pettingill Elementary School in Lewiston on Saturday. A line stretched out the gymnasium and onto the front sidewalk as children waited with their parents for free health screenings, fingerprinting, food and I.D. cards.
