LEWISTON – A party was held June 2 for Richard (Bud) and Cindy Nelson of Lewiston, in honor of their 25th wedding anniversary.

Party hosts were their children, Eric and Amy. The gathering was held at the Ramada Inn Conference Center. Toastmaster for the event was Phil Chabot.

A special video was provided by Eric and Amy. Bette Sanborn performed “The Sweetest Thing,” which was the couple’s wedding waltz 25 years ago.

Mr. Nelson and the former Cindy Hebert were married June 12, 1982 at Sacred Heart Church in Auburn. They are the proud parents of two children, Eric and Amy.

Mr. Nelson is employed at the Ramada Inn and Mrs. Nelson is employed as office assistant at Liberty Mutual.
