Debit day care cards are unacceptable. They are another new benefit on the backs of the taxpayers of Maine.

I do not know who thinks up these ideas, but is it any wonder that the taxpayers are so heavily burdened in this state?

I believe state officials should review the idea and shelve it forever.

It is bad enough to have credit card spending in this state, but now debit cards also?

Give me and Maine a break!
