AUBURN – The wedding of Andrea Potvin and Steven Murphy was held at 6 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn. Donna Bradeen officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Murphy is the daughter of Sam and Trish Small of Elkridge, Md., and Paul and Gloria Potvin of Old Orchard Beach. Mr. Murphy is the son of Rob and Betty Murphy of Maryland.

The bride was given in marriage by Paul Potvin and Samuel Small. She carried a bouquet of hydrangea and ivy in sage and lilac.

Melissa Trider was honor attendant for her cousin. Bridesmaid was Kelly Murphy, daughter of the bridegroom. Skylar Potvin, daughter of the bride, was flower girl.

Ryan Murphy performed the duties of best man for his father, and usher was Kyle Murphy, another son. Neil Murphy, another son, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn. A late honeymoon is planned to Punta Cana.

The bride attended Maryland schools and is employed at Praxis Engineering Technologies.

The bridegroom attended the University of Maryland and is also employed at Praxis Engineering Technologies.
