LEWISTON – Tryouts for the Lewiston Middle School Ice Dawgs hockey team of the Southern Maine Middle School Ice Hockey League will be held on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 9 a.m., at the Colisee.

Eligible are any male or female in Grades 6-8 attending any Lewiston school. All players are to report at 8:20 a.m. Tryouts will start at 9:00 and end at 10:00. A $20 non-refundable tryout fee is asked.

Players are asked to pre-register with USA Hockey online, or bring a copy of this year’s USA registration receipt.

Team President Bob Parker is asking participants to e-mail him at [email protected] to provide an idea how many players are interested in this year’s team.
