BANGOR – Receiver Ryan Weston scored on pair of receptions, and Lonnie Hackett came across on 39- and 33-yard runs for two touchdowns as the Bangor Rams took apart the Mt. Blue Cougars with a 46-0 victory in a Class A football game Friday night.

After a scoreless first quarter, the Rams punched up 20 points on Kyle Vanidestine’s 3-yard touchdown, followed by Weston’s 43- and 22-yard receptions to pad Bangor’s lead.

In the second half, Rams threw up another 26 points when Shane Walton scored on a 15-yard run and Adam Billings came across the goal line on a 2-yard dash.

Then Hackett rounded out the scoring with a pair of touchdowns.

The Cougars only came up with 142 yards on the ground, while the Rams piled up 479.
