JAY – A Livermore Falls teenager was injured Wednesday morning after she fell asleep behind the wheel and her car struck a tree, police Chief Larry White Sr. said.

Serena M. Bates, 18, suffered minor injuries in the 5:30 a.m. crash on Lomie Rivers Road, White said.
