Kati Mazza’s daughter, 7-week old Ali, must have been the youngest poetry enthusiast Thursday night when the family, including 8-year-old Abby, turned out to listen to poet Robert Pottle of Levant. The event drew more than 100 children, parents and grandparents. It’s part of Rumford Elementary School’s Harvest of Poetry and book swap night. Pottle’s visit, which included two days in the classrooms, was sponsored by the RED Parent Teacher Organization.
