LEWISTON – The sounds of bebop, blues and swing will echo throughout King’s Bridge Theatre Friday, Oct. 26, when A Moment’s Notice Jazz Quartet makes a return visit. Playing music that “celebrates the rhythm of life,” this ensemble will take the stage at 7:30 p.m.
The performance, the fourth in KBT’s Fall 2007 Concert Series, will feature guitarist John Smedley and bassist Jeff Taylor, both of Lewiston; and drummer Michael Hansen of Auburn, with special guest Dale Chapman, alto saxophonist, also of Lewiston.
Bring your own coffee or purchase a cup at the theater’s location at the Vineyard Auditorium, 12 Foss Road.
The box office opens at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m.
Closing out KBT’s concert series Friday, Nov. 9, will be well-known Maine singer/songwriter/guitarist Jim Gallant.
