Bruce M. Whittier Middle School would like to welcome our new eighth grade math teacher, Ms. Rassier. Ms. Rassier is a native of Mount Vernon, New Hampshire which is about three to four hours from Poland, Maine. She currently lives in South Paris, Maine. Ms. Rassier is a graduate of the University of Maine-Farmington.

Ms. Rassier chose to come to Bruce Whittier Middle School because the staff is so welcoming. She said, “The staff is so supportive, and awesome. The students are great and they make me laugh a lot. Another reason why I came to this school was because the high school that I went to had the same principles as BMWMS.”

Some of Ms. Rassier’s hobbies away from her exciting life at school are drawing and painting landscapes, hiking with her hound dog at a local preserve, sitting outside, and relaxing.

Along with teaching math, Ms. Rassier hopes to start a math club, and would like to join the art and fishing clubs. She wants to take part in co-curricular activities as much as possible.

We of Bruce M. Whittier Middle School hope that Ms. Rassier has a positive journey throughout her years at BMWMS.
