GREENE – Announcement is made of the engagement of Christine Caron Jenness and Scott J. Romatowski, both of Greene.

The future bride is the daughter of Norman Caron of Auburn and the late Muriel Caron. She is a graduate of Edward Little High School in Auburn.

The future bridegroom is the son of Joseph and Sandra Romatowski of Phippsburg. He is a graduate of East Brunswick Vocational and Technical High School in New Jersey.

Both are employed at Proctor and Gamble at the Tambrands plant in Auburn.

The couple is planning a private beach ceremony in Maui, Hawaii, during the winter.
