RUMFORD – A memorial Mass for Anne E. Gallant was celebrated Saturday at St. Athanasius-St. John Catholic Church. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Ave Maria,” “Amazing Grace” and “Wind Beneath My Wings.” The readings were done by her niece, Dorrie Casey and granddaughter, Amy Rooney. The eulogy was given by her son, Dennis Gallant. Pallbearers were her children, Dennis Gallant, Wilbert “Bill” Gallant Jr., Gary J. Gallant and Elizabeth Funke. Interment was at St. John Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home.
