She plays the fiddle, she sings, and she Irish step dances. She is the amazing April Verch. Also helping the show is her awesome band which consists of an acoustic guitar player, an electric cello player, and a percussionist. April recently played at the Franco American Center, and the crowd loved her, just like at Lewiston Middle School. Her fiddle playing is extraordinary.

One of my favorite parts of the show was her feet. As weird as that sounds, it’s true! When she Irish step danced, you couldn’t even see her feet; they were tapping too quickly. I am so glad that we got to have someone as great as April Verch and her band come to our school. It was such a treat. LMS would like to give a huge thanks to LA Arts for having this concert.
