WESTON (AP) – Maine State Police are investigating an armed robbery at a variety store in the town of Weston, in southern Aroostook County.

Police say a masked gunman entered the Grand Lake Variety Store on Route 1, demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

While leaving the store, the robber said, “This is for Robert Tomah.”

The man is described as between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-5, with blue eyes. He was wearing a black ski mask and a gray, zip-up hooded sweat shirt.
