GORHAM – USM Art Galleries will hold an all-inclusive exhibit from Nov. 27 through Dec. 16, providing an overview of the studio programming of the USM Art Department and familiarizing students with the gallery and the process of exhibiting artwork.

This year, each professor of a studio course is being invited to select up to two works that best represent the goals of the course. The show will encompass a wide variety of eclectic styles and approaches in photography, sculpture, painting, printmaking, drawing, ceramics and more.

An opening reception will be held at the Art Gallery on the Gorham campus from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 29. An open mike, sponsored by COA, will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 6.
