PORTLAND (AP) – Police in Portland are seeking a man who robbed a bank in Portland and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robber, who did not display a weapon, handed a note to a TD Banknorth teller Friday afternoon demanding cash.
Police Lt. Anthony Ward said the man left on foot and efforts to track him with a dog were unsuccessful. The robber was described as about 30 years old and about 6 feet tall with a thin build.
