DIXFIELD – A home on Rover Road in East Dixfield was broken into sometime before 3:55 p.m. on Nov. 11. The door casing was broken and heating oil was missing. Police have a suspect.

A 1997 Chevy Malibu sedan was taken before 1:37 p.m. on Nov. 16, when it was reported stolen. It was recovered the next day on Winter Hill Road with major damage. Police have suspects.

A deer was killed at about noon on Nov. 17 on Weld Street after being hit by a vehicle driven by Ronald Ellis, 39, of Carthage. He was not injured.

His vehicle sustained minor damage.

A deer was hit at 5 a.m. on Nov. 20 on Canton Point Road by a vehicle driven by Charlotte Wilk.
