LEWISTON – Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice has announced the availability of the 2007 Remembrance Ornament. This year’s ornament is handpainted featuring a front door decorated for the season. It comes with a gold bow and a personalized remembrance tag.
A limited number of ornaments are available. They will be displayed on the agency’s Remembrance Tree at the Home for the Holidays Celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Poland Spring Preservation Park. The ornaments are $20, and proceeds benefit home care and hospice services.
Ornaments can be ordered by visiting the Web at ahch.org under Community Events on the What’s New button or call the AHCH Development Department at 795-9428.
In addition to the Remembrance Tree, the Home for the Holidays Celebration will include a book fair, photos and storytime with Santa, children’s games and crafts and a dessert and beverage bar. Admission is free.
