LEWISTON – A parking ban was issued Sunday night by Lewiston and Auburn police in advance of a snowstorm forecast to run through Tuesday morning.

The ban takes effect at 7 Monday morning and ends at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Rumford police also issued a parking ban Sunday night barring vehicles from roadsides until until midnight Tuesday.

Lisbon issued a ban at midnight Sunday that ends at midnight Monday.
